Hi Sid, I do support them as well. Not sure yet how to help. I guess I need to do some homework and find out more.

Hey bmvu,

Glad you joined. I'd love to network more with other Viet Americans in order raise consciousness about Vietnam and bring communist rule to an end. Look forward to hearing from you. I think we can help out Bloc 8406 by writing and commenting about the present conditions in Vietnam and networking and building coalition with others who share the same goal that we have. Thanks

Hi pals. It is great to see you two here again. Sid you're right about the IT Revolution (your comment on Yahoo Hot Zone page.) I think the internet is the fastest way for one to know about world situation - for example, changes in economic, politic in other countries. I see many of us (individuals, groups, or org) have been using internet sites and pages to avocate human right and democracy for Vietnam. I think it is doesn't matter how evily the VC government tries to control the internet access (from and to Viet Nam), the sophiscated people and groups like 8406 will find the way to access those supportive sites and pages. And soon, more and more Vietnamese will know there are supporting effort from the outside. Meanwhile, I think each of us should try our best to encourage those supporting pages and sites. I have been going around the internet sites and pages like Yahoo Hot Zone or Youtube to thank the people like you two. Spiritually, it is my way to support the maintaining of our fight for Human - right and Democracy for Viet Nam, on the internet. I'll tell my friends about this blog. God bless you two, Sid and Bmvu.

Good to hear from you too, m1mach40. The Information Age is redefining the world at this very minute. The Dinosaur Regime is in a quandary. It does not know where to go from here. If it opens up more, its control will slip and if it shuts off from the outside world, it will reap the whirlwind of economic chaos. I just hope this momentum will build and be stronger as time goes by. Fifty years of communism is too long. It has been a man-made catastrophe for the people of Vietnam. Here is a link I found of an article about rising dissident voices inside VN.

Hi All,

Sounds like you guys are serious about helping VN or want to keep up with what's going on in VN.

I found the website below that has links to numerous sites promoting democracy and human-rights for VN.

Just like you guys, I want to help VN some day when...
I still have relatives there, and they want to flee the country though they're doing fairly well, financially. What does it tell you?http://www.doi-thoai.com/noimang.html

Hi guys,

I don't know if this topic is still actual, but it seems that it has a lot of views but little replies, maybe it means that people actually care about Vietnam's pro-democracy movement but are hesitating or skeptical. Nonetheless I think as a young Vietnamese man, I should do something and help them with my little effort. But I don't know how and where to start helping. Today I've been reading articles about them and disidents' web pages all day. I hope that this topic is still active so we can at least discuss about it.

the are some links I've found:

Bloc's homepage:
http://www.viettan.org

Network of Vietnamese democratic youth:
http://www.lenduong.net/ , http://www.thtndc.org/

one of "Underground" sites of dissidents - a lot of media materials http://my.opera.com/Tieuxitrumaqt/blog/

about a very brave young woman.

PS: sorry for my English, I hope you guys understood me.

Hi All,

Happy to get great sharings from you about Vietnam. How great you are to raise your voices about the corrupt regime of VN. At the Information Age, the CPV will be sooner or later doomed to wipe out. Victory will certainly be on the side of those who love freedom and share this gift with others.
May Vietnam be victoriously leberated from the corrupt regime! May Freedom be spread to all corners of vietnam!
